Senator John Thune of South Dakota offers a pro-growth, pro-environment message this April 22, the 51st observance of Earth Day. The bicameral Congressional Roosevelt Conservation Caucus is committed to market-based approaches to address land management, environmental and energy challenges. Senator Thune is co-chair of the caucus on the Senate side, along with Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska.
